Browser push notifications are now available. Go to your user settings and you'll see a "Notification Delivery" dropdown where you can choose between email, push, both, or none. Click "Enable Push Notifications" to subscribe.

Push notifications fire for the same events as email -- replies to your comments and moderation events. Clicking a notification takes you straight to the thread.

Site operators need to configure VAPID keys in their deploy for this to work. If push isn't available on your site, the option won't appear.
