Prevent duplication of existing threads when creating new thread [feature request]
For stand alone and FAQ sites, we should use AJAX to return a list of existing, relevant, and possibly related threads so that we can reduce duplication.

When you create a new thread now, there's a typeahead search that shows existing threads with matching titles as you type. You can click one to go to the existing thread instead of creating a duplicate. Works on standalone and FAQ sites where multiple users might start threads on the same topic.
